Lesson dates : March 26 & April 2, 9 & 16 April

?       Classes begin  26 March 2008 and will meet weekly on Wednesdays for   

           approximately two hours between 10.30 - 13.00 am or 7.00 - 9.30 pm.

?       In each lesson, you will learn three recipes, such as appetizers, soups,

           main dishes or desserts that will be eaten at the end of the lesson.

?       Fee  is $45 per lesson (1 week) / or $150 for  4 lessons (4 weeks).

2-      Chicken fillet breast cooked with cream. (marinated in soya,  balsamic &safran- cooked in the oven) – will be served with vegetable
