A buffet dinner hosted for many farewells

Ambassador of Cuba Ernesto Gomez Abascal and his wife Regla hosted a buffet dinner at their residence to bid farewell to many members of the diplomatic society.

They hosted the event to say goodbye to their friends who will be leaving in a few months and also to say goodbye to Argentinian Ambassador Sebastian Brugo Marco who will soon be leaving after 8 years of serving here, to Ambassador Vefahan Ocak who is appointed to Bosnia & Herzegovina as Ambassador and will be leaving in a few months and also to Ambassador Ersin Erçin, who is appointed as Ambassador to Brazil and will be leaving in a few months.

The event started with speeches went on in a festive mood along with a lot of “Mojitos” and traditional Cuban food.

All the members of the Embassy of Cuba and many members of the Turkish community close to the Cuban embassy enjoyed the event.
