German National Day celebration turns out to be a party

On the occasion of the German National Day, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Eckart Cuntz, hosted a reception which turned out to be a beautiful party at his residence.

The most crowded event of the year, with guests numbering more then a thousand started with Turkish and German national anthems then Ambassador Cuntz and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Mehdi Eker – representing the government – delivered speeches.

After the ceremony, a German Group, Musix, which performs only by their mouth with no instrument gave a mini concert then Jazz singer and actress Ozay Fecht sang all through the afternoon.

Guests attending THE EVENT enjoyed a sunny and beautiful reception-party, which started at noon and continued until very late hours of the afternoon.
