The Menu of Park Fora, is not only based on the tastiness of the food but on its health qualities too. A large variety of wild herbs and weeds from all parts of Turkey are presented to the guests throughout the year. Among the cold appetizers presented are many alternatives such as:salted tunny, marinated seabass, marinated salmon, salad of roquefort cheese, salted and dried mackarel , Circassian Fish, Çerkez balığı, Crayfish Fora, fish pastrami and shellfish.
Among the Hot appetizers, Park Fora has added many specialities from International Kitchen such as Stuffed Mackarel from Armenia, Paella from Spain, Sea-Food Crepes, Fish Croquettes, Sea Snails and Seaman Style Mussels from France, Roasted Fish, Octopus in Wine Sauce, Sea Food Kokorec and Fish Balls from the Greece. Besides the Grilled, Fried and Steam Fresh Fish Varieties, among its main courses, Park Fora presents some specialities prepared with different cooking methods such as: gilt-head bream cooked in dough, Turbot in Salt, Stuffed Sea-Bass, Halibut and Tangue Fish Cardinal.
