After having served in İstanbul for more than ten years and being one of the best fish restaurants there,

Park Fora opened its doors to Ankarans in Gaziosmanpaşa in November 2006.   

The demands of their customers both from Ankara and İstanbul not only encouraged but also forced owners Ali Rıza YILMAZ and Metehan ÇULHA to open a new branch in Ankara which has in a very short time period became the number one fish restaurant in the Capital City.

Park Fora, which has become one of the most popular restaurant in a very short time period for diplomatic, bussiness, art, press, sports and social circles, as well as for politicians & bureaucrats,  has the great honour to be in the service of the people of Ankara presenting them with a wide variety of incomparable sea food specialities, very rich menu, experienced staff and smart decoration.

Besides being a classical fish restaurant, Park Fora is pretentious in the renovation of its sea food varieties.

  Besides its fresh daily and seasonal fishes prepared by different cooking methods , Park Fora is well known with its cold and hot appetizers prepared by a vast selection of sea-food that can not be found in other restaurant.  

Park Fora presents a very rich selection of local wines as well as International quality Wines from Italy, USA, France, Chile and Australia.

The Cigar varieties are also among the flavours presented to the guests of Park Fora.

Another important characteristic of Park Fora is the natural presentation of the sea food.   The selection of the ingredients used are made by the very owners and the chefs of the restaurant and when making the selection, great importance is given to the cultivation place of the ingredients.

The fish and all the sea food used in the rich menu is brought from Istanbul in daily basis.

The Menu of Park Fora, is not only based on the tastiness of the food but on its health qualities too.  

A large variety of wild herbs and weeds from all parts of Turkey are presented to the guests throughout the year.   Among the cold appetizers presented are many alternatives such as:salted tunny, marinated seabass, marinated salmon, salad of roquefort cheese, salted and dried mackarel , Circassian Fish, Çerkez balığı, Crayfish Fora, fish pastrami and shellfish.

Among the Hot appetizers, Park Fora has added many specialities from International Kitchen such as Stuffed Mackarel from Armenia, Paella from Spain, Sea-Food Crepes, Fish Croquettes, Sea Snails and Seaman Style Mussels from France,

Roasted Fish, Octopus in Wine Sauce, Sea Food Kokorec and Fish Balls from the Greece.

Besides the Grilled, Fried and Steam Fresh Fish Varieties, among its main courses, Park Fora presents some specialities prepared with different cooking methods such as: gilt-head bream cooked in dough, Turbot in Salt, Stuffed Sea-Bass, Halibut and

 Tangue Fish Cardinal.

The famous Fish Soup of Park Fora is also among the specialities of its Rich Menu.
